Note: There are additional costs for specific treatments and procedures for example: joint injections, immunizations, and labs etc.
****Due to rising insurance premiums and high deductibles a supplemental policy is needed. You will still need your health insurance to cover hospital expenses and unforeseen medical emergencies. This plan is specific for primary and preventative service.
B-Healthy Clinic introduces its Patient Care Plan for non-insurance and under-insured patients, the following yearly fees applies:

Children 0- 11 $750 per year

Children over 12 and adults $1600 per year

Diabetics/HTN –controlled: $1700 per year

*Uncontrolled Diabetes / HTN $1900 per year
